5 Stars ipod nano 4g adapter
as I understand it, many car chargers do not work with ipod nano 4g, but this one does. I also like the short cord which doesn’t get tangled with other cords. It’s worth spending a few more $$ to get something by a reputable firm.

Simply put, it’s great. Does what it needs to, charges fast and reliably. Plus, the color coded charged light on the back of the plug is really helpfully and cool looking.

The iPhone 3G is a battery hog. I was afaid that my husband or I would someday have an emergency in the car and have a dead iPhone. After doing some online research I bought two of these chargers. I choose this one because it was the best price and got decent reviews. After using the charger for a few weeks I am happy with my purchase. It works flawlessly. I like the black color. It blends in with my car interior better than the white charger I was concidering. I agree with the other reviewers the cord is too short to use while holding the phone to your ear. This is not a problem for me since I use my bluetooth ear piece while I am driving. This is a great product at a great price.

3 Stars Not as powerful as the name suggest
It is an okay product which charges the iPhone (3G) at slow rate…which is in contrary to its name. I thought it will charge the phone at the same rate as done by the wall-charger..but no it does not.

Since iPhone (3G) battery life sucks it is mandatory to keep a charger in the car while on the go…it is a good product to keep in the car…but if you can find something which actually matches the rate of charging to wall-charger…go with that.

Works with my 3G, fits well into the outlet in my Honda, unlike some I tried that ran into the outlet cover.

No problem with overheating. Reliable in every way one might need a car charger to be.
